| The Sims-Gant Family is based in Avon Park, Florida but family members live in all corners of the United States. The Sims ancestors have been traced to Opelika, Alabama where Allen Sims was a slave. The Gant ancestors have been traced to Thomasville, Georgia where Peter Gant, Sr. lived. Our Family tree is a work in progress.
